Care instructions
You should always follow the instructions on the product's wash label, as well as the instructions provided on our website. It is important that you follow the given instructions to maintain the product's condition and to ensure that your product does not get damaged during washing.
You will find your wash label inside the product. Here you can see exactly how to wash it, as well as what you should not expose the product to during washing.
You can find the care instructions under each individual product. Additionally, you'll find a size-chart and information on the material the product is made of.
SHIPMENT
The delivery time in Denmark is expected to be 1-3 business days. However, please note that we only send orders from our warehouse on weekdays, so there may be longer delivery times if you place an order close to the weekend. You will receive an email with your order confirmation as soon as you have placed your order. Next, you will receive an email when the order has been shipped from our warehouse. When the package is ready for pickup, you will receive an email.
For international delivery, the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days. However, in some countries, there may be a longer delivery time.
When you receive your shipping confirmation, you will also receive your tracking number. You can use your tracking number to follow your package. If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at contact@codyl.dk or call us at +45 60 13 85 15 – remember to check your spam filter.
If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your package within the delivery time, it may be due to delays with our delivery partner or unusually high demand at our warehouse. Contact us at contact@codyl.dk or call us at +45 60 13 85 15 so that we can ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.
During checkout, you can choose the parcel shop near you where you want your package to be sent, and you'll also be able to see which carrier you can choose to deliver your package.
It is your responsibility to collect your package at the designated parcel shop. Parcel shops have limited space, so they cannot hold packages for an extended period. When a package is not picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse. Contact us at contact@codyl.dk or call us at +45 60 13 85 15 to have the package resent. In the event that you did not pick up your package and it needs to be resent, Codyl is not responsible for the shipping costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
To return an item, you must use our return form within 14 days (note: our international return portals can be found under the English section of the refund policy). Products returned to Codyl must be in the same condition and quantity as originally received. Additionally, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Furthermore, the item must not have been exposed to the smell of smoke, perfume, food, or similar. If the product does not meet the above requirements, it cannot be returned, nor will your purchase amount be refunded. Codyl does not cover the shipping costs for returns. You can also visit our showroom by appointment, and we will handle the return free of charge.
In the event that you wish to exchange a product for a different size, the exchange process is as follows. You need to contact us at contact@codyl.dk and provide information about your current product, including model, size, and color. It is not possible to exchange your item for a different product. Then, you need to specify the desired size or color for the exchange. After that, return the item via our return form (note: our international return portals can be found under the English section of the refund policy). When we receive and process your return, we will send you your exchange. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will send you the exchange free of charge. We only cover one shipping exchange per order. You can also visit our showroom by appointment, and we will handle the exchange process free of charge.

Once the package is received at our warehouse, the purchase amount will typically be credited within 3-5 working days. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank's processing time. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Codyl does not cover shipping costs for returns.
